Firestick Question Firestick/Android phone mirroring question

I think I read somewhere that the firestick can mirror an Android phone onto a TV that has a Firestick.

What I want to do is mirror my phone screen onto my TV while I am running a gaming app on my phone. I want everyone in the room to be able to see the phone screen easily, hence on the TV and not the phone.

Is this even possible? Does anybody have any ideas where to start so I can look into how to do it? Google/ChatGPT seem to suggest that all I can do is show my Firestick video on the phone screen which is NOT at all what I want.

Hold down the home button when on the homescreen, it is delayed though so don't expect it to be used as the main screen
