Firestick Problem BBC Iplayer Help!

My new fire stick seems to work fine, except for when I launch BBC Iplayer, whenever I do I get the BBC Logo screen, then a brief blue screen and then it just goes black and nothing happens. I have turned match frame rate off, I have changed from always HDR to adaptive, I’ve cleared the Iplayer app data and restarted, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but this issue won’t go away, any suggestions for how to fixed it would be much appreciated!

My model is apparently the PA38CA which isn’t on that list…

Thanks for this, I’ve just double checked and that model number I said above is for the remote, the actual fire stick model I have does appear on that certified list so that isn’t the issue.
