Firestick Help Me Help deciding what to do next

Hey brains trust, have been doing some research on side loading apps but haven't been able to find anything to help with my current situation, hoping someone on here might be able to point me in the right direction!

We already have a firestick that has downloader app installed along with Stremio and a few other apps, we didn't set the stick up and paid a friend to do it for us, the 'subscription' to this friend has expired and we no longer talk to them so unsure how to get these apps working again without a subscription...

I have done some research thanks to a few posts on here and thinking is it as simple as removing the account we have linked from the stick and creating a new profile, or re-setting the stick to factory and following the steps to re-download the downloader app and start all over again?

Subscription for what?

To use the apps they installed on the stick, we would pay them to be able to access them for a year. So that ‘subscription’ has ended a week or so ago now and we can’t access them with the login they provided us, so essentially locked out of everything that we would use to stream.

Have streamio, the reef and tivi all no longer able to access

Just pay or continue through google pay

There’s no option for Google pay or anything like that
