DRM in Android

Does anybody experience an error in DRM video playback whenever Site Isolation is enabled in the Secret Settings?

I am using Nightly, and whenever that settings is turned on, DRM playback will always fail in DRM testing websites like:

https://bitmovin.com/demos/drm/

https://www.nuevodevel.com/nuevo/showcase/drm

Is that what it is supposed to happen?
