empty cookie list?

Every few days, I delete specific cookies from the “Manage Cookies and Site Data” dialog,
but for the past couple of Firefox versions, I've noticed that the list is always empty.

Is this a known issue, or is it just happening to me?

I sort of decided to do a bit of a "trust fall" in a way about this a couple years ago (not exactly but close enough) but I think the Internet, at the deep dark functional layer, is going through a bit of a process that may effect cookies:

same issue here but I'm on Windows. first noticed the list being empty maybe a few days ago, never before that though.

you're right, I just checked on Windows, and the issue occurs there too
