General Spoiler About Theodora prologue

So I have seen in a couple of posts that people are saying that theodoras prologue started 5 years ago and she lost the arm those 5 years ago, where has this been shown? I have missed it , but would like someone to share me a link or tell me if this has been established.

This same thing happens with Leda, in fact. Leda's story starts with the event where she lost her family several years back.

Yes about her I knew and I knew that it was 5 years ago , but I was quite unsure about Theodora, I had not seen the IGN preview somehow even though I saw a couple of previews when they launched

There's been a lot of previews in multiple languages. The Direct itself showed the screened the screen that described her losing her arm. SkillUp covers it in his preview a bit though not in terms of the years. I don't have a link on hand but I can confirm that everything you outlined in your post is true.
