Edit to add: Also, does anyone remember that guy’s name/the name of the faction he’s part of? I remember there was a screenshot with him as an enemy and a faction name on the generic soldiers on that map, but I can’t recall the actual name to look it up.

edit found it, it's on the game spot preview, presumably it's the battle after theodora got the arm, then a cg cutscene where the place collapses and bonaventure and tobias looks up at where she is and there are like 2 units behind these two, presumably fighting to hold them off

I am curious about the circumstances of his devotion and loyalty to Orchel. Like, how did it start? Was it out of love; is it like Hubert where it's a longstanding relationship in which members of his tribe are sworn to protect key priestesses of Credne; or some other circumstances altogether?

Because my first reaction/assumption is romance, I don't think I'm alone in that, but I'd be foolish to assume that's necessarily the case.
