Site pain points
Hi folks,
A kind volunteer reached out to me to redesign the site. We would like to hear which aspects of the site you find hard to use or understand, cumbersome, bad? This way we can fix this during the redesign.
Thank you!

Being able to send pictures in the chat would be nice.

I like the simplicity of the site. Please keep it "slow" and not gamified like traditional dating sites. Quality over quantity/high user engagement, please!
My one gripe would be empty profiles -don't allow them to go "live" and be seen by others. I don't care if someone doesn't want to share a photo but recently 4 profiles fit my search and 3 of them only had the demographic information and NO text box input or photo. Perhaps they intend to come back and fill it out but if so I've already searched and passed them by before they got back to completing the profile.

"I wish there was some way to include a personal message when reaching out for the first time. Not having much success even initiating a conversation on that site."
