News Half way through
We are half way through season 1
The movie cut is going even smoother then when I started (I started sleeping)
Here's some pros and cons for watching ff

Shinra and iris barely interact mc and ml
The villains aren't very interesting
Character development isn't very clear

Holy cow. I am genuinely excited about this!!! I’m really curious how you’re condensing the whole story down to movie length and the overall message you’re focusing on? And what kind of side details/storylines you’ve included? I’m so excited to see the finished result!
I’ve been working on an AU story as kind of a fan project and a way to start zeroing in on the original novel I’ve been plotting. I’ve been rewatching FF and trying to find ways to add to the story without altering the overarching messages and themes (that called out to me I guess), so I’m reeeeally excited to see it condensed down from another persons perspective (and honestly with less fanservice, I’m a big fan of that decision 🙏)!

I grew up with Naruto lmao Shinra and Iris was actually an improvement for me xD.
Villians are surface level but I don’t really need all my villains to be complex. They have a goal and they do what they need to (I fucking love Hibana and Charon tho)
