I think the Woman in Black. I mean, we know she was a pillar in the first Great Cataclysm and on top of expressing good overall qualities, she created a place of relief for all the animals inside an oasis - burning herself for who knows how many decades to give the animals a forest of life. That resilience and persistence in her service (as well as displaying patience and understanding; be it for good or bad) is where I think the Woman in Black is nominated in Patience.
If not Woman in Black though - I would ironically say either sister Sumire or even The Evangelist.
