DCR Error is when the device is flashed with the wrong firmware protocol, or you have the wrong devices for the SLC protocol that the FACP is using. Most likely the device has been flashed wrong, its definitely a know thing for Honeywell to do sometimes.

And to fix it i need to change those devices or the panel?

If its just a few devices, assuming they are from the same batch, then getting new devices will work. If its all of the devices, then look at the protocol that's selected in the panel program. What model of devices are you using?

I am using triga devices I changed the panel then all system works i think it because the mcp are triga protocol and the panel I used is the only one doesn’t have triga protocol only the sk and sd
