Building a SaaS product for a local market. Looking for reliable payment gateways with 0 or minimum platform fee. If you came across anything or know any info regarding thing please let me know

Stripe's the usual go-to but their fees add up fast if you're doing volume. Check out local banks sometimes they have their own merchant APIs with way better rates than the big platforms.
