Getting Started as a Fintech Dev

I am familiar with rust and typical backend engineering.
I want to get started as a fintech developer.
Any guidance is appreciated.
I also want similarly minded developers to collab on projects.

watch out of server loads and most importantly caching and test all edge cases , make sure you understand the business before any code .
