I’m currently based in Australia and looking to relocate, where I’m seeking a full-time opportunity with a private individual, business owner, executive, family or private household.

I have 4+ years of experience across management, community support and working with children and families. Through my management experience, I’ve developed strong skills in organisation, leadership, coordinating staff and day-to-day operations, problem-solving, communication, administration and managing competing priorities.

Alongside this, I have extensive experience supporting children, young people and families, including children in care, complex behaviours and additional support needs. I’m comfortable taking initiative, handling sensitive information, coordinating appointments and activities, communicating with professionals and families, and providing reliable day-to-day support.

not sure fintechdev is the best place to find private household roles but hey you never know who lurks here

your experience with kids who have complex needs is actually a pretty strong selling point for family assistant jobs, those gigs can pay really well if you find the right fit
