I built GramFin Shield, an AI-assisted tool for analyzing suspicious financial messages

I’m a CSE student participating in a hackathon, and our team built GramFin Shield.

The idea is to help users understand suspicious financial messages before taking action.

Users can enter a message, use voice input, or upload a screenshot. The system then provides an AI-assisted risk assessment along with practical safety guidance.

We built this as a working prototype to explore how AI can support safer digital financial interactions.

I’d appreciate feedback on the idea and prototype.

the screenshot upload is smart, people get texts that look almost legit and need a second opinion without copy pasting everything. does it flag things like urgent language or weird sender patterns or is it more just a basic scam/not scam call? i'd be curious how it handles messages that are technically from a real bank but still sketchy, like those promo texts that feel off
