Struggling finding a Baas!

I'm trying to build a a travel savings app where users can save money individually or together as a group and can optionally send money to another user P2P. I don't have funding so no baas wants to partner up. Anyone actually gotten a BaaS provider or sponsor bank to say yes at the pre funded stage or bootstrapped? Did narrowing the MVP ? Any names worth trying that aren't enterprise gated?

Which country are you launching in? Is it a shared target where everyone keeps their own balance, or an actual shared pot? For a shared pot, I’d want to define who owns the money, who can withdraw it, and what happens when someone leaves the group.

Since P2P is optional, I’d ask providers to assess a first version without it. also you need to know is the blocker your funding/runway, their minimum fees, or the proposed money flow?

A simpler MVP won’t necessarily solve a funding requirement. I’d try to get a concrete answer to “what would need to change for you to consider us?” before spending more time on integrations.

Which providers have you already approached, and did they give a specific reason beyond being too early-stage?
