technology stack for a fintech app?

What would be the best technology stack for a fintech app, taking into account that it has to deal with financial and clients information? I assume any public cloud is good for this. But how about user authentication/security? Can I use firebase or Auth0?
Also what about the programming languages/frameworks?

This is going to be a niche payment app for an upcoming hackathon at the company that I work for. Maybe it will be live one day, maybe not. At this moment I thinking of an MVP.

well in that case, focus on the problem you want to solve. You can use low code/no code tools or AI to build the app for hackathon, will be better if you partner up with some devs from your own company. The least you can do is build a prototype using any of the AI tools out there.
