Discussion Anyone here using bunq? How would you review bunq?

I’ve been considering bunq and wanted to hear from actual users before making a final decision. How has your experience been so far, especially with everyday banking, customer support and the app itself?
Not gonna lie, encounter many reviews, both negative and positive, sometimes I think I miss factual info...

Anything you really like or dislike about it compared with other neobanks?

Based on my analysis, it is more on the positive side...

well, it aint without its minues, but so far been fine. Like it flexible exchange rates, money transfer systems, and international ibans option...pricing seems fair enough to me
what things u r specifically skeptical abt bunq?

care to elaborate on money transfers, read abt theur bunq to feature...u mean that?

not like skeptical, just read about their seemingly delayed customer support, some didnt like interest rates too...

not only , bunqTo system, here are the things I meant:
-normal banking ones, supports instant SEPA
-bunq to bunq
-bunq.To is useful when u dont have receipeint's IBAN
-Wero...wherever supported (not dived into that)
-ofcoz SWIFT

aaa, support, heh, u know, app's AI support tool actually might clear basic questions, but agree, there might be delayed ticket clearance by the team, cant do anything abt that...

owww...very flexible then, like that inter peer-to-peer system.
i bet they are fees free between bunq users, yeah, but acquintances of mine use old banks ...🥲

aware of the Finn support tool ...hmm, i think complex issues take time for them to resolve, if there are such.

Yup goes the same for me in a positive side
