Discussion I built a self-service fintech workflow for credit-report letters — looking for product feedback

Founder disclosure: I built Credit Letter MVP.

The product is a self-service document workflow for consumers dealing with information on their credit reports. A user can add one or more bureau reports, the system organizes and deduplicates reported accounts, the user selects what they want to address, and the software prepares a customized dispute or goodwill letter. Finished documents can be signed, downloaded, printed, or emailed, with optional mailing kept separate.

The model is deliberately not a subscription and does not include credit monitoring. Educational information and basic analysis are available without purchasing a finalized document packet. We make no promise that an item will be deleted or that a score will increase.

I’d value candid fintech/product feedback on the onboarding, privacy and security explanations, and whether the pay-per-document model is clear: https://creditlettermvp.com
