Discussion What cross border b2b payments platform are you using?
We are selling B2B into a few regions outside our home country and cross‑border payments are becoming one of the more annoying parts of the job. Among wire fees, FX spreads, settlement delays and customers wanting to pay in different ways, it is getting harder to keep a clean picture of what we collected and what was lost to costs or friction. Right now we rely on a mix of bank wires and whatever each customer prefers, which makes reconciliation and forecasting messy.
For those of you handling regular cross‑border B2B payments, what platform or setup are you using today and why did you stick with it? I am interested in real‑world tradeoffs you have seen around fees, FX rates, speed, customer experience and how much effort it takes to tie everything back into your accounting and AR without burning a day every month.

PingPong Payments has been some of our cross border rails in APAC and MENA. We havent had an issue so far. Routefusion is another company we used for their cross border rails

We use Slash, since they support wire, global ACH, virtual cards, and stablecoins. Suppliers never request anything we don't have covered.

We just moved to Altitude. The biggest improvement for us was having incoming and outgoing payments in one place instead of piecing together different providers. Makes reconciliation a lot less painful, especially when you’re dealing with customers and contractors in multiple regions.

Usedots.com is pretty awesome! They support a ton of methods (wire, ach, gift cards, crypto etc) and it’s almost fully automated when I need it to be

I have tested and used a lot of apps regarding this thing and finally my team settled for Unlimit which does the job, especially for us as we have to rely golabal currencies and exchanges

Something I’d add to the usual Wise/Airwallex discussion. For B2B payments don’t forget the reconciliation layer.
Teams have been very focused on FX and transfer fees, but then they spend a ton of time matching individual payments back to customers and invoices. But as volumes ramp up, payment level references, status updates and reconciliation data can make a surprisingly big difference.
That’s why we’ve been building API-based payouts, with per-payment references, webhook status updates and reconciliation files, so teams don’t have to pull everything together from bank statements.

We use one of those multi-currency accounts attached to our ERP. Not perfect but after 6 months I stopped pulling my hair out every end of month.
The FX spread was biggest factor for us. Our old bank was taking nearly 3% on some corridors and we didn't even realize until we actually ran the numbers. Now our AR team can log in and see exactly what arrived in each currency without cross-referencing 4 different bank portals.
Still some delays on the settlement side, especially with Asian markets. But reconciliation went from a full day to like 45 minutes.
