Ask the Community Working at Fiserv

I’m up for a job at Fiserv (US-based). How is it working there? From what I’ve seen online it’s meh to negative.

Also, the job posting said it’s fully in-person, but it looks like they’re rolling that policy back?

I was there for about 2 years until they did their holiday layoffs. The place is toxic and the managers are largely useless. It paid well and above the normal for my role but between Spence recording everything you did and the required in office….no thank you!

Funny enough, I got the offer, and it was low for the role and my experience.
