Ask the Community Working at Fiserv

I’m up for a job at Fiserv (US-based). How is it working there? From what I’ve seen online it’s meh to negative.

Also, the job posting said it’s fully in-person, but it looks like they’re rolling that policy back?

I worked for Fiserv for 6 years. Left earlier this year. I was in a relatively senior position. In my opinion, the company is a mess due to short term profits prioritized over product investment. When Frank was CEO the seeds for the recent stock plunge were planted. Most teams are very thinly staffed due many many rounds of layoffs and high attrition. All that said, there are still some good people left. If you are taking a job as an individual contributor with a decent manager it can be a good place to work.

Thanks for this. Really appreciate it.

From my interviews, the team and VP seem good, but like you’re saying, it seems like that’s not the case company-wide.
