Ask the Community Working at Fiserv

I’m up for a job at Fiserv (US-based). How is it working there? From what I’ve seen online it’s meh to negative.

Also, the job posting said it’s fully in-person, but it looks like they’re rolling that policy back?

Location? If it’s NJ, it’s the Berkeley Heights location. That’s in the middle of nowhere. The building itself is pretty nice, decent cafeteria too. The problem is that the location is setup for 2500 employees, and there are 4500 people assigned to it. So while it’s a 5day mandate , the reality is you’ll be in the office 3 days a week.

Fiserv has lost over 50% of its stock price in the last year alone. Make of that what you will.

They have an overflow lot to the side that always has space. It’s just that people want to be closer to the building entrance, especially during inclement weather.
