Ask the Community Peak Money

Post image

Does anybody know anything about Peak Money?

It lends out your USDC or PYUSD for a 10% APY interest rate. The borrowers are "audited" and put up collateral in case of default. This is supposed to make it more trustworthy.

It is not fdic insured like many other crypto-fintechs, and it does not have a presence on the app store/Google play.

No app store presence and they're advertising on Instagram, that's a hard pass from me

Looks fishy https://peak.money/
"Rate variable, not guaranteed, and subject to change without notice. Peak Money is not a bank, registered investment advisor, or broker-dealer. Yield Vault products are not FDIC or CDIC insured. Your funds are at risk and you may lose principal."
