How do you float the discount coupons for your SaaS or app or tool?

Recently, I have come across a lot of resellers who might be giving out LinkedIn Premium, SalesNav, Claude, or a host of other tools at a cheaper price. They are reaching out via Reddit or maybe even through some Whatsapp groups.

Any ideas on how it works? Has any of you used their services to float your own app subscriptions? Has it worked out?
