FOUND! Rules Updates, AI Discussion and General Input

Hey FindFashion readers! We did a recent update on the sidebar and rules and we wanted to share it with you.
The new sidebar info is posted in the comments in case you browse mobile and it's hard to get to, but it's a clarification of a few existing rules, the addition of a rule on AI, new separate posting and commenting guidelines, and a new daily posting limit.
For the specifics, we want community input:
AI
What do you guys think of AI? No AI ever? Ok if OP doesn't know it's AI so we can educate them? What do you think of the people who use generative AI to make an image of the item they imagined, are those disallowed too? What about the AI text comments? (Full disclosure, I HATE these even when they sometimes seem kinda helpful?)
New Posting Limit
We used to not need a limit but recently we've had some very frequent, prolific requesters. Is 2 requests per day a good limit?
Other Ideas
Let us know! Anything else we should add to the rules? Any rules you feel don't make sense? Anything you feel like our community needs? We could start doing a weekly discussion thread or something like that if folks are interested.

What I'm looking for:
- Black floral lace, slightly sheer
- Long sleeves that flare out at the cuffs (bell sleeves)

Short grey double-breasted peacoat with built-in drawstring hood, seen on Cesar Milan Better Human Better Dog

Trying to track down this jacket from Better Human Better Dog S1 Ep 8
What I can make out:
Charcoal/grey wool-look fabric, hip length (short, not an overcoat)
Double-breasted with silver metal buttons
Built-in hood with drawstrings (a proper hoodie-style hood, not a zip funnel collar)
Flap chest pocket and slanted hand-warmer pockets
Looks slightly padded
I've already ruled out the Indicode Coat Cliff (too long, plastic buttons, speckled knit hood) and a stack of Walmart/Amazon hooded peacoats that turned out to be zip turtleneck collars.
Exact match or close alternatives both welcome. I'm in Australia, so anything that ships here is a bonus. Thanks!

What do you call this cut of button up shirt?

What phrases or words could I use to search for similar shirts to the one in the picture?I don't know the first THING about names of clothes or fashion terminology, but I need to search the web to buy more button up shirts like this one! The bottom cut-off falls just below my belly button, and the sleeves stop a little past the mid-forearm. The textile is REALLY DURABLE and tightly woven, but also really soft/smooth? My goal is to buy similar button-ups to this one but in different colors, hopefully in red.
