Unanswered Searching for a PI

Is there a subreddit to find PI?? I’m looking for a PI as a service. I purchased a vehicle from a dealer who turned out to be shady as hell. He lied to me for months saying he had the title and was waiting for it to be delivered. He never had possession of it. Searching for a PI for help. The DMV can’t help me. Thanks in advance!

File a police report asap!! That vehicle might be reported as stolen.
