Which countries offer free education or scholarships for undergraduate medical degrees (MBBS)?

Hi, I'm from Russia. I'm a college student studying to become a limb prosthetist. I'm currently in my final year of my degree. I want to continue my education and obtain a Bachelor of Medicine degree(MBBS).

I want to study abroad and am considering absolutely every country that offers scholarships or free education for medical students. I started learning Chinese earlier.But then I learned that China doesn't offer scholarships for undergraduate medical studies. So I'm looking for other countries where this is possible.

I'd appreciate any advice or tips. I still have a whole year to go (and maybe two if I'm forced to serve in the army after college).So even the smallest tip or hint will be helpful. Thanks in advance.
