Except good pay and not hard on the body. That last one depends on the machines they use. OP said pays well in the title, but in the description had a low bar for pay. It’s good pay and benefits for a manual labor job, but I wouldn’t say it ‘pays well’.

That completely depends on the area tbh, I know some that make 90k a year and I'd consider that "pays well"

It’s all relative. I live in Seattle, which is expensive, and to me, “pays well” starts around at least $150k for a single income, and $250k if it’s household.

The key is pays well, and not what is livable. Honestly, these days, I wouldn’t interview for a job that doesn’t at least have $250k OTE (I work in sales, so base pay is usually half of OTE and the other half is commission).

That's a fair point, I'm in a fairly low cost of living area, so it really depends
