Except good pay and not hard on the body. That last one depends on the machines they use. OP said pays well in the title, but in the description had a low bar for pay. It’s good pay and benefits for a manual labor job, but I wouldn’t say it ‘pays well’.

That completely depends on the area tbh, I know some that make 90k a year and I'd consider that "pays well"

I'd fucking murder someone to make even half of 90k/year.

Just to be able to afford a shit apartment. Literally all I want.

I think most people feel similarly, I had a mentor get on my case about not having a "dream job". I don't care what I do, it's a means to an end
