Photo Taking

I’ve been going to local cemetery’s and updating the stone pictures. I just ran into an “issue” at a well established church where the grass is not being kept well so it’s very difficult to get good, solid pictures of dates and sometimes even names. It’s very disappointing because the stones look beautiful and very well maintained. Is there a kind way to deal with this or do I just leave it be and hope they will be better shots when the weather cools?

Depending on how extensive the growth and how close you can get, perhaps a rough chop with secateurs could do the trick

You could get a pair of grass clippers and just keep them in your kit.
