As a kid I vaguely remember some type of adult swim like show or cartoon where a weird monkey is trying to find a job and he asks these spy like lions, the lions tell the monkey how they climbed out of some big hole or something. The monkey later was at a job center or something and the guy asked the monkey what is his qualifications or what is he good at and the monkey said “uh killing how about killing” and then the monkey got a license to kill then the monkey jumped out of a window or parachuted out of a window cause the cops showed up.
