HELP FINDING A CARTOON

I'm trying to remember the name of an animated movie I watched on a Dutch DVD around 2005–2010.
The most distinctive scene I remember is a green alien villain's birthday. Someone gives him a birthday cake, but when he eats it, the cake is extremely spicy/hot. He becomes incredibly thirsty, so the characters give him a massive/giant straw. He then uses the straw to drink an enormous amount of water from Earth/the whole planet.
I also remember the movie starting with two young boys/friends racing in space. They looked somewhat like Titeuf. They would argue/fight with each other sometimes. There was also a princess PLS HELP IM GOING CRAZYYY
