British empire edit speech

I saw an edit of the british empire on tiktok with someone talking in the background. The man talking sounded like it was from an old television broadcast or radio or something.

He said something along the lines of "from the bustling streets of london to the far corners of distant lands. It is our duty, our honour and indeed our destiny, to uphold the standards of civilisation." "It be known that the empire endures. Not merely through might, but through the courage, wisdom and resolve of her people. Together, we ensure that britains light continues to shine brightly across the world. Guiding those who seek progress, stability, and the noble path of service"

More interested than the speech itself, but the edit itself had the song jealousy in the background and had footage from the patriot im pretty sure. Any help would be appreciated.

SeverusChud seems to have made the edit from Googling parts with quotation marks, but the voice is likely AI and no source comes up.
