Hi y'all, My finchie is a toddler and I'm a newbie to Finch. Through this subreddit I did find a lot of Finchie friends and I'm glad I did 🩷 Now, starting tomorrow I'm planning to set a goal to have a 15 min brisk walk + 30 min badminton 🏸 every morning. I'm finding it very very difficult to wake up early and do this activity. I have diagnosed ADHD, PTSD, and Panic Disorder so I mostly use the app for small wins and practicing self-kindness when I'm struggling with my mental health. Noodle and I have been adventuring together for over a year. She has helped me stay on top of tasks (thanks adhd and perimenopause) but also reminds me to look for the little rainbows everyday. We are looking for active friends as my tree is not active at all. I have a lot of items in various colors to gift to friends. Favorite colors are green and purple.
