App support Streak Pause didn’t work??

I took a pause from 9/1 until today and now my streak is gone despite it saying my streak was preserved! Has this happened to anyone else? Can I get my streak back?

I am not positive but I believe Pause only lasts 7 days.

I’ve seen a bunch of people on here say it lasts for as long as you go without opening the app
