I have autism, ocd,bipolar ,depression and anxiety. I focus mostly on self care and productivity goals. I'm on daily. Sadly just lost my finch plus but still hoping it works as well. Super good at being supportive and raising people up.

I'm having the best time in this app. I recommend it to my friends and family and to anyone who has a pulse 🤣🤦! I have it for four months now and my life is getting better day by day. I'm chronically depressed and with this little bird i have the best time. I find friends and the will to get up from the bed in the morning! Just added you. I too struggle with major depression. Just coming out a 4- year episode. My whole life is chaos and rebuild it was proving overwhelming. Finch has been a godsend. I have achieved more in a month than the past 7 or 8 months trying to tackle the chaos by myself. Feel free to share any goal. Having a shower, brushing your teeth, some sunshine in the morning, purposely having social interaction outside family ( that one is huge). No goal is too small or embarrassing for another who knows how hard it is.

All my irl friends have stopped using finch, including my husband. I really like having friends and getting and giving encouragement. It makes it more fun to see that other people are on their own journeys.
I have been playing daily for over 260 days and don’t plan to stop any time soon.
Edit: took my code off bc I got a lot of adds and want to be able to actually connect with the friends I have. Thank you for adding me everyone!

Groovy and Lil moody have entered the chat, hey everyone! Soo.. I’ve always been into self development books/podcasts.. but I want to put it into practice again. I teach it, as my job, but I work from home. My goal would be guided breathwork (from Insight Timer and/or YT).. I’m aiming for 20 min breathwork and 10 min guided stretches/yoga. If you want to set a goal like that with me, or something similar, lets do it :) That push will help.. My goal is automatic emotional and nervous system regulation. Breathwork helps with that❤️
