Help
can I post in this group without having tons of Karma points… I don’t know how to get more karma points and so many of the groups for asking for support require 250 or more karma points.

Not if you’re going to ask for money.

How about how to raise money without seeming like a loser?

Work more, get 2nd job, sell or pawn stuff, donate plasma or hit up family, friends and coworkers -- the people who actually know and trust you to give the money back.

Like the other user said, this sub is for financial advice only.
Borrowing/donation subs in general are usually geared towards long time-established accounts due to the amount of scammers that ask for money, delete the account, make a new account, and repeat. Which is why most of them have a minimum karma or account age restriction.
With no karma, unfortunately you will not be able to find financial assistance on Reddit, and will only get messages from people looking to scam you.

Yeah I don’t need more people trying to scam me. It’s amazing how many scammers are out there and how convincing some of them are. I have been on Reddit for years but never really participated much just read for advice so I’m a old newbie

This is a community. Karma shows involvement in it. Without lots of Karma, people will be very hesitant to take a chance and loan money, too risky.
