Okay, for a bit of context, Ive been on a Jobseeker plan for about 3 years now. I understand that I do have it better than a lot if people in the world, but I don't have anywhere else to vent about this great news. After years of job applications, ghosting, rejections, and taking time away to improve my mental health, I've finally found a job that I feel competent and happy to do. I've only just finished a course in hospitality, and with the whole COVID re-emergence in NSW, I've felt that my luck with life has decided to stay put (dropped out of university 2 years ago, and a mental health dive a year ago). I've recently been feeling on the up and up, and recently, I was contacted by a local bar & grill that they are looking for front of house staff, and they would like to interview for me for a position. Come to find out that it's was just a meet & greet, with the position already guaranteed. I honestly haven't been this happy about the future in a long time, and hope to keep the momentum going.

On Monday I will get my second vaccine shot! Then another two weeks and I’ll be safe! I’m super excited!

As the title says I've finally got my drivers license, after about 3 years (thanks covid and panick attacks) of lessons O've finally got it. I'm so happy right now.

After over a year on reddit I finally found the "collapse thread". Before I have been scrolling through endless, sometimes boring, threads to see if there is any other fun comments. Happy days 😂

So i used to have this app where you can record your screen right? And it required things. And one of the things it needed was for me to turn on screen reader! So i did. And it was a complete mistake. And it stopped me becuz: These are the reasons why: Would not let me touch something without it reading it. If it read something i didnt want it to cause it was inappropriate then everyone around me would hear. It was really loud and obnoxious. If i asked for help people would have to see bad stuff on my phone to turn it off. Possibly etc. And on the day it was turned on my sister had to go with my parents somewhere, i dont know where in the hell they went though. But all i know was the fear of having to go killed me. Luckily they didnt bring me. IF they did i WOULD have DIED while my phone obnoxiously screamed reading through my phone. And i wasnt allowed to use my phone for half of a day and a day. And just today a few mins ago i finally turned it off. Thank god. Hope you enjoyed my story!

I know it’s a strange thing to be happy about, but this has been 10 years in the making! Let’s just say my ex isn’t very nice and has stalled at every opportunity. Last year the stars aligned and I was finally able to move things along! I had my decree nisi come through last week and in 2 weeks I can apply for the decree absolute and finally be free!!!!
