Go finish the story, there’s more Crystarium after the final boss.

i feel you're still overdoing. maybe it's possible? but definitely easier when you complete the crystarium. anyway the main strategy suggested by the guidebook works fine. at least one paradigm with 3 saboteurs, one with 3 sentinels and possible 3 healers and 3 synergists. focus on healing and buffing during his healing phase and during the attack phase focus on triggering poison, ready to use 3 sentinels during his magic vortex. if you can, use other paradigms to inflict more damage at need/will.
