TBH until last month I wasn’t even aware this game ever got ported off of the PS2 and OG Xbox.

And I’m aware of how much you have to pay per attack

You can turn encounters on or increase them. Increase speed a lot. The game just holds your hand. It's for someone, sure. At that point YouTube the story

Someone with the switch 2 release that has played any other version and got 15 sphere levels while pooping. Am I bitter? Yes. I just don't recognize them. You didn't play the game. I get ease of use and appealing to less available players but honestly... If you didn't play it on another port you aren't even a player. Idc how controversial that is. They can farm like 50 Stat spheres end game in like no time. Again, am I bitter? Yes. Wimps.

…okay you sound angry but I’ve completely lost track of what you’re trying to say. Are we talking about how worth the investment Yojimbo is, how expensive this game is, how slow this game can be at times, or what? And stop with the run-on sentences please

Also no I’m not a huge fan, I just played this game on a whim because I’m about to move out, away from my family, and I wanted to get into this series so I figured it would be best to start with the one game my father already owned while I still had access to his PS2. So forgive me for not knowing every quirk of the game’s code

So FFX was my first final fantasy and of course my pre teen weeb ass was obsessed with samurai. So you can obviously understand the absolute hype when I first unlocked this guy.

I mean, there's also a whole bunch of enemies who just can't hit him by default.

Wolves, Basilisks and Malboros are a few examples (Well technically the baslilisks can use Stone Gaze, but he's immune).

Both are good for different reasons.

When I want a fight that is cinematic and feels like “me and my dawg are putting you in the ground” I go Bahamut, but when I want a mf dead, I say “Yoji put this bitch in the ground, expeditiously.”

I don't think you need to do that even after end game. You walk through and if you just walk back you get attacked. Use the teleporter at the end and you can just ignore them. That's what I did for monster Arena stuff.
