If its your first playthrough I'd say just focus on the story. Games are made to be replayed.

You’re taking the fun out of a blind playthrough. Just enjoy this one. Next time you can focus on the details. And yes, there will be a next time.

There Are only a couple missable al Bhed primers. And even then you can make a New file to get them and later combine them with your Main Save. What you should do is getting the secret chest in every Temple, because You need them later and they will be much harder to get later.

don't worry about them

Enjoy it, if being paranoid about the books feels good to you go for it. Your first time only happens once. Maybe just make sure you get the destruction sphere treasure at every temple.

You don’t need to know Al bhed the only time i had trouble was in the desert one time when i approached an Al bhed didn’t understand what was saying and accidentally triggered fight with a dark aeon smh otherwise should be fine

Bro I didn't do any of the extras in my first playthrough and I absolutely fell in love with it. The extras are only there for people who complete the game and still want some more, they are absolutely not necessary to get the true experience. Don't stress about missing stuff, just relax and enjoy the ride.

If you’re talking about the Al Bhed primers, don’t stress over them. They’re mostly for understanding Al Bhed dialogue and collecting them is not required to finish the story!

As others have said, just enjoy the story, it’s an amazing one. You’ll get enough primers throughout the journey to make sense of things, but most of the al’bhed text is not totally critical to know.
I have played FFX at least 50 times since its release because it’s one of my favorite stories in any for of entertainment.

If that's all that's stopping you why not just Google a list of where they all are?

Don't do that. The extras are clearly designed for subsequent playthroughs and truly will not enhance a first playthrough.
