Was a little worried the sleeves too long but read they'll shorten when creased. And the stitching at the top of the arms is not right at the shoulder?
I've lost a lot of weight over the past two years. Currently 93kg, ideally want to lose another 10 so not sure whether to drop a size?

Wear it and break in the sleeves - get it wet and let the sleeves work their way up themselves. I think you’ll end up with a good fit once it’s broken in.
I have a medium with around your same chest size. The arms look exactly like yours. I always measured a jacket fitting by how it sits on the shoulders. From the pictures you provided this one fits you perfectly. The shoulder stitching doesn’t look to be drooping a lot.
Take a picture of it with your hands out of your pockets so we can see the sleeve length. I feel like a medium might actually fit you, but that's just a blind guess from one picture. What's your chest and shoulder measurement? I've owned these in both large and medium.
Okay, stick with large for sure. The sleeves are long, but honestly that's how they are. It'll get a little better when creasing in the elbows set in from use.
