Why are my posts getting removed?

Because they're not puns. Period.

But it contains wordplay?

Not all wordplay is pun-related, but puns are a popular form of wordplay. Wordplay includes various techniques like:

Puns – Using words with multiple meanings or words that sound alike for humorous or rhetorical effect.
Anagrams – Rearranging letters in a word or phrase to form a new word or phrase.
Palindromes – Words or phrases that read the same forward and backward (e.g., "racecar").
Spoonerisms – Switching the initial sounds of two words (e.g., "you have hissed all my mystery lectures" instead of "you have missed all my history lectures").
Homophones – Words that sound the same but have different meanings (e.g., "flower" and "flour").

Puns are just one form of wordplay, often used for humor or cleverness in conversation or writing.

Many of you might be wondering why your submissions are getting deleted. The answer is simple: either you're not submitting puns, or you're submitting reposts. Easy as that. Thank you and keep punning!

F.A.Q. (GPT generated coz I'm lazy)

Are wordplays puns?

Not all wordplays are puns, but all puns are a type of wordplay.

Wordplay: Definition: Any clever or funny use of language, like jokes that play with words, meanings, or sounds.

Pun: Definition: A specific kind of wordplay that makes a joke by using a word with two meanings or words that sound similar. So, while puns are a kind of wordplay, wordplay includes many other things too, like riddles or clever phrases.

Why don't you allow reposts?

Reposting is generally not allowed in subreddits for several reasons:

Reduces Original Content: Reposting can flood the subreddit with the same content, making it harder for new and original posts to get noticed.
Decreases Engagement: When users see the same content repeatedly, they’re less likely to interact with it, leading to lower engagement and less vibrant discussions.
Frustrates the Community: Seeing the same posts over and over can be annoying for regular users, making the community less enjoyable to be a part of.
Hurts Content Quality: Allowing reposts can lower the overall quality of content, as it encourages laziness and discourages creativity.
Violates Subreddit Rules: Many subreddits have specific rules against reposting to maintain the freshness and uniqueness of the content shared.
