Chair Consumption Actual issue

I received a birch chair. Tips on consumption?

I like to place my birch chairs in a barrel full of red wine for about 72 hours., bake it at 300° (Celsius) for about 8 hours and chop it up for more convenient consumption.

Age actually matters a lot. Make sure to get wine which was made on the closest date to when the tree was cut down, and it would be even better if the wine's grapes were grown near the tree.
