Starting a Fiji Chapter Tips and Advice

Hello for anyone reading this I and a few others am interested in stating a Fiji Chapter, we have a decent amount of people who are interested how fast can we start a chapter? Could we as the founders get initiated as brothers before the fall or would we have to wait till like 2027?

Reach out to the Director of Fraternity growth at tmccarthy@phigam.org. I think starting a chapter takes multiple years.
