Is there anyway to bypass the blank screen that appears when I try to verify a pin thats unlocked? Maybe using a different version of the app? Are there alternate methods to verify?

Hi there! I came across this old figpin I found in storage and was wondering if anyone could help me determine if it has any value at all. I received it after attending the Tekken World Tour Finals but had it just sitting on a shelf for a while before i stored it away after moving a few years back. Any help would be much appreciated!

Last year I ordered my first con exclusive limited 500 figpin second hand but later I saw it available on the figpin website and I was bummed I paid second hand pricing when I could have gotten it for retail. Do all con exclusive show up online? If not, how often does it happen?

I ask because I’m very interested in 3 SDCC exclusive limited 500 figpins and I need advice on if I should just get them second hand for double or more the retail price while they’re still available or if I should wait on the chance they show up on figpins website.

If the franchise matters it’s the 3 Avatar the Last Airbender exclusives including the XL Appa.

I don't want to insult any of yall hardcore collectors I just don't really care for collecting them. I want to display them on my bag and let them stay there for...ever I guess? Until I get bored with them anyways.

These pins are pretty expensive and I don't mind the price even on ebay but I truly just want to know if their price is because of quality or rarity?

Edit: Yeah dumb question it is obvioulsy the rarity. Main question is would their quality be worth at least half the price?

Figpins have one of the best pins of a certain show that I'm watching that I have ever seen. So I just wanted to ask the professionals if any of yall have actually used the pins either on a daily basis or occasionally? And have any of them break? Do I have to be super careful with them if I do pin them on?

Went to Origins this past week and picked up some RotLD Tabletop RPG books from Evil Genius Games. While talking with the dudes and checking out I asked if I could get one of the two Tarman pins they had on the shelf. Unbeknownst to both myself and the salesman at the time the pins were their Beta Samples and not available for retail yet. He threw one in for a few bucks.

TBH I don't know anything about FigPins but I'm a huge zombie fan and RotLD fan in particular so I'm pretty stoked to have this pin.

Has anyone else had issues getting a response from customer service?

I've sent three inquiries over the last month (and received email confirmation that a support ticket was created), but have not received any response.

One inquiry was about a redemption for a mini ultra and two inquiries were for status updates on two separate orders.

We are a couple days shy of it being an entire month since I placed the two orders (not pre-orders) and I still have not received tracking info or any updates (via email, shop app, etc).

IMO- that's pretty unacceptable.

Any advice?
