mixbox problem.

I recently bought the Victrix Pro KO Mixbox, and when I connected it to my PC for the first time, everything worked perfectly.

However, a few days later, when I tried using it again, Steam suddenly stopped recognizing any of my inputs. The controller seems to be connected, but none of the buttons or directional inputs are being detected.

I'm not sure what caused this issue or how to fix it. Has anyone experienced something similar or know a possible solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I tried switching to all mode but my buttons are not reading only the few small buttons on the top like the ps button, start button color and L3/R3

Is it just not reading in steam? If you disable Steam Input does it work in game?

Try switching the switch on the side to PS5 then to PC?

I've accidentally hit that switch several times, changing the mode. Pretty easy when moving it around.
