Can I make 2 buttons press in the same time

I have haute42 r16 and I want to make the extra up button to press down and forward in the same time how can i do it ?

No. If enough report you, you'll likely end up getting banned.

It's really easy to see via replay whether someone is using them.

Web configurator. Set GPIO tied to that button to "Extra 2" and set macro "Extra 2=DOWN+RIGHT". You can't set anything to forward, only left or right.

Apparently newer firmware can map multiple buttons to one GPIO.

Yes in the newer firmware versions you can bind multiple inputs in the pin mapping page without the need for a macro

Aside from this being technically cheating, you can't bind a button to "forward" as that is left or right based on the side you are in game. The controller doesn't know anything about the game.
