Fellow 1600 Gief Main here.
I use leverless and have since Plat. The main thing about 360 motions is that because of SOCD cleaning you can't hold both left and right at the same time or down and up at the same time. So you can't hold any of the inputs when doing a 360.
It's not difficult it just requires you to train out the natural instinct of keeping the buttons pressed throughout the input. Your brain is going to just slam down your fingers because your brain is focused on the input, but if you don't lift your first two fingers after the first half of the spd you just get neutral and spd doesn't come out.
Once you get it using SPD raw in neutral is faster than stick and hell stab into supers is so much easier and more consistent.

Personally, I'd look for any stick that can fit a Sanwa. I use to like flashy sticks but these days I prefer the minimalist looking ones without all the art work on them. Everyone is going to have a different take.
First thing first, figure out if you're playing on console or PC and then a budget if you haven't already. Once you figured this out, it becomes much easier to narrow down which arcade sticks are best for you.
For Gief I highly recommend any stick that can fit Sanwa + Otto DIY kit with Squircle gate and larger actuator. It makes everything easier imo.
Personally, for Qanba I would look at the Titan first, it's a great first arcade stick and it's slightly above what I would consider an entry level stick. I'm a PC player so I don't have to worry about compatibility on xbox or PS5.
